  • SPRING SMALL GROUPS

    • FIRST FRIDAY FATHERS (for men)
      • A men's small group centered on growing in fellowship and in devotion to the Sacred Heart through the First Friday Devotion.  Members attend 6:00am Confessions and 6:30am Mass on every First Friday of the month, with the option to go to breakfast afterward to discuss the grace from this devotion as well as the twelve promises to those who follow this devotion.

    • FIAT 40
      • A Woman's Journey to Renewal, Restoration and Redemption. A forty day journey for women that incorporates daily reflections, questions and journal entries, with action items inviting you to grow spiritually in closeness with God. The group will meet weekly on Thursday mornings at 5:30AM beginning on March 13th for 6 consecutive weeks.     • A LENTEN ROSARY
      • It’s been said, “holding and praying the Rosary is like holding your Blessed Mother’s hand.” Begin your Saturday morning with Our Mother Mary, by attending an 8AM mass at the Cathedral followed by a rosary at the Youth House. This group is open to men or women of the Parish who are looking to deepen their Love for the Rosary with a morning of prayer.     • FAMILY MORNING ROSARY (for families)
      • Come together at 6:45am on the 3rd Thursday of every month to pray the Rosary together during the week as a family.

    • PRAY LIKE MAWMAW
      •  If you have always wanted to learn to Pray the French Rosary, this group is for you. The group will meet bi monthly on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm at a location on the Cathedral grounds. In this group, you will learn to pray the individual prayers of the rosary in French under the guidance of Kristi Guillory Munzing, a native speaker. Email [email protected] to join. 


    • BECOMING WOMEN OF THE WORD
      • Using Sarah Christmyer’s book, Becoming Women of the Word, you will explore the lives of women in the Bible to discover how they followed God in tough times. Join leader, Lisa Myers and learn how you, too, can answer God’s call in your life “with purpose and joy.” The study will be held on Tuesday evenings from 6-7PM for 10 weeks, starting March 11, 2025.     • RESCUE
      • Are you and your spouse interested in learning more about your Catholic Faith individually and as a couple this Lent?  If so, join Fr. John Riccardo for a 9 part video series that proclaims the Gospel in a compelling way.  Learn how to embark on the great adventure of following Jesus and continuing His mission of the rescuing of this world.  Feel free to create a small group of friends to share this journey with.  Videos are free and available at rescueproject.us.

    • CATHEDRAL SERVES


      •  A small group for men of Cathedral Parish who are interested in serving breakfast(6:30-8am) at St. Joseph’s Diner, bi monthly from March through May of 2025. A maximum of eight men are being called to serve the needy in this beautiful ministry. Please email Robert Frederick at [email protected] to register for this small group.

      • Men in the community come together on Wednesday and Friday mornings to read and pray with scripture together, grow in their faith, and build up the community of men at Cathedral.

    • MEN'S BIBLE STUDY (TUES) (for men)
      • Come together early in the morning to dive into a deep discussion on the Mass readings from the previous Sunday’s readings. We are an ongoing established group, committed to in depth bible study and prayer. We use catholic resources (Bishop Baron, Fr. Mike Schmitz, Brant Pitre, etc.) as a guide to discussions. One person leads weekly; followed by a group discussion.  Leading is voluntary. For those men who are EARLY BIRDS, you are welcome to join!

    • ENFANT DE MARIE (for mother/daughters)
      • Enfants de Marie (Children of Mary) is a mother-daughter group that seeks to instill in its members a love of God through the imitation and intercession of Our Lady. The group meets once a month to grow in Marian virtues through prayer, study, activities, and service. Members are elementary-middle school girls and their mothers (or Godmothers or grandmothers).

    • HOLY GOATS (for men)
      • The Holy Goats Small Group is open to all men of Cathedral Parish, 18 years and older who have a desire to be more Christ-centered. There is lots of laughter, storytelling, and mixing with friends old and new. Following a meal together, an inspiring guest speaker shares their spiritual insight with the group.  The Holy Goats also help with serving other events in the parish such as the parish picnic, greeters, special liturgical functions, and other events around the parish!

    • SEVEN SISTERS APOSTOLATE (for women)
      • A Seven Sisters group begins where at least seven women respond to a call to the mission of the apostolate. If more than seven women desire to pray in this manner, a core group of seven should be designated while others may substitute or provide additional hours of prayer. The coordinator of a group is known as the Anchoress.
