TAKE THE FIRST STEP

Begin the wedding preparation process by submitting our Wedding Inquiry Form

Weddings at the Cathedral can be scheduled at the following time slots:
Friday - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday - 1:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.

Before the couple comes for their appointment with our Wedding Coordinator, they are required to have the following documentation/funds (check or money order) to present at the time of the meeting:

• Updated BAPTISM CERTIFICATES for Bride and Groom, (dated within 1 year of anticipated wedding date); Pleae note: This is not your original Baptism Certificate that was given to you at your Baptism, therefore you will need to call your church of Baptism to request "an updated Baptism Certificate with notations."
• LETTER OF PERMISSION from the Pastor of the bride if she is not a St. John parishioner;
• Notarized AFFIDAVIT stating there is “no previous marriage” by any party who is non-Catholic. This should be completed by a parent, sibling, or close relative of the non-Catholic party.
• ANNULMENT documents, if applicable;
• NAME of celebrant

• Familiarize yourself with our marriage preparation program, WITNESS TO LOVE, by reviewing the information at their website: witnesstolove.org;
• Maximum number of couples (bridesmaids and groomsmen) is 10.

• $2,500.00 WEDDING FEE & ORGANIST FEE (non-refundable) for non-parishioners of St. John Parish.

• $1,000.00 WEDDING FEE & ORGANIST FEE (non-refundable) for registered parishioners of Cathedral Parish (with a consistant record of activity and tithing). You must be registered with the Parish at least three years before beginning the wedding process.

Please Note: Your wedding date IS NOT SECURED until your first appointment with our Wedding Coordinator and all fees are paid.
