ACTS Registration Form

The total cost of the Retreat is $375.  If selected for the retreat, you will be invoiced via email to retain your spot.  Partial payments can be made and full payment is due 10 days before retreat.  If not received, your spot will be given to someone on the waiting list.  If you cannot attend, please notify the Director or Co-Director AT LEAST ten days before the retreat allowing someone on the waiting list to have the opportunity to attend.  No one will be added to the retreat within 10 days of beginning.
